Camping and Accommodations

Public on-site camping returns for Rogue 2023!

We are very pleased to welcome fans back for the weekend, to share in the very special “thing” that happens when we stay together throughout the weekend. New friendships sprout, music gets made, sleep even happens!

On-site Camping Policies

This is very rustic! While there will be porta-potties and a simple wash station available, that’s pretty much it!

ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES of any sort! It’s dry. It’s hot. It’s covered in dead grass.

Please limit SMOKING to the access road to protect the field. Butt cans and water jugs for extinguishing will be available. Do NOT toss your butts. It’s a farm, people. Please exercise your good judgement about any and all sources of combustion!

access to camping

  • Access to the camping area requires a Camping Wristband. Camping is ONLY available for weekend pass-holders.
  • Camping Check-in opens at 430pm on Friday. Check-out is by 7pm Sunday.
  • If you want to VISIT friends at their camp site, you will also require a Camping Wristband. Plan ahead, or visit in the Festival Bowl.
  • Youth 18 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Kids 12 and under must have adult supervision in camp zone at all times.

animals in camping

  • ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any sort are permitted at the festival or campsite. Those that show up with their animal family will have to be turned away. (Certified service animals are permitted.) We are occupying a working farm. There are working farm animals, and other domestic creatures put them at risk, and stress them out.

Libations in camping

  • Alcohol is permitted in your camp site, but you may not take alcohol back and forth between camping and the Festival Bowl. That can cause us to lose our license… and nobody wants that!
  • OBVIOUSLY, minors are NOT permitted to consume alcohol in camping. YOU are responsible for ensuring minors are not doing so. We reserve the right to send the entire party home if underage drinking is occuring.
  • Please enjoy RESPONSIBLY. We reserve the right to eject if you are unable to manage yourself appropriately.

good neighbours in camping

  • Use your judgement – please arrange your camp space so there is room to maneouver between you and your neighbours.  We do not map out the camping zone, and count on campers to arrange themselves considerately and safely.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC. We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves and that includes getting a good night’s sleep!
  • This is a private property and working farm! Please adhere to site signage and stay within the festival areas.
  • Please use unscented, bio-degradable soaps/detergents/etc as the camping wash station is part of a grey water system.
  • Bring everything that will make you happy and your weekend the best it can be. Consider sunscreen, extra water, snacks, flashlights, etc.
  • Everything you bring on site…..you take home with you. Please!

Safety & Harm reduction

  • If at any time you feel unsafe, please reach out to a staff member (identifiable by radios and staff tags) or go to First Aid/Harm Reduction.
  • Our Harm Reduction team and Security Team are here to help. If you or a friend are unsure about a situation, or concerned that you may have imbibed something dangerous, please reach out immediately.
  • Rogue Fest has a strict zero-tolerance policy for harrassment and abusive behavior of any kind. Those found behaving poorly will be ejected from the festival grounds at our sole discretion.
  • In case of ANY emergency, alert our team and call 911.
  • Please be sure there is enough room to move safely both IN and AROUND your campsite. Do not set up too close to your neighbours.

vehicle camping

  • There are no ticket-holder vehicles allowed in and out of the camping area during the Festival.
  • Parked and stationary Campers, Vans, Motorhomes, and Trailers are permitted (no hookups or power available). Car camping is permitted however once you’re in, you’re in.
  • If you would like access to your vehicle throughout the weekend, you may park in the regular parking lot. Prepare to carry your gear in and out. Wheelbarrows/wagons will be available for your hauling pleasure.
  • There is no camping permitted in the main parking lot.
